Leicester was chosen as the place to house the Head Quarters of D & H Engineering Ltd as it is very central in the United Kingdom and is, therefore, easily reached by all the main arterial routes,  keeping your transport and shipping costs to a minimum. 

The type of work best suited to the UK plant is small batch runs and prototype work, having the flexibility of three plants in different countries means that you can always get the most appropriate service at the most appropriate price.

In the UK there are 18,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing engineering space dedicated to turning machines, milling machines, CAD systems and other metal turning production machines. 

With an entirely separate warehousing and storage area attached to the plant, you can be sure that you can get what you need when you need it. To make life as easy as possible for you, we can operate on a JIT basis or build a stock of production critical parts and store them in our warehouse ready for despatch. 

As with all our plants, Leicester adheres to ISO9001 and our own Quality Policy to make sure that you can rely upon the finished products we deliver for you. 

The separate testing and checking facility uses a variety of measuring and testing equipment, and our engineers will often test as much as 20% of a production run just to be completely positive that all parts are within specified tolerances.
