
Quality Policy
It is the policy of D & H Engineering to maintain a Quality Control &
Assurance System, which confirms to BS EN ISO 9001 and any other similar Quality
Systems.
The purpose of this document, based on BS EN ISO 9001, is to show how D &
H Engineering’s Quality Procedures and Systems are co-ordinated and controlled.
All personnel within the Company are made aware of their own particular fields
of responsibility to ensure that the Standards laid down in this document are
maintained, and is totally supported by the management of the company.
The Standard Quality System and Practices operated by the Company are as laid
down in this Quality Manual. Where a Client Specification Requirements
exceed these Standards they will take precedence except when this would result
in the product being unfit for service or unsafe, in which case the matter will
be referred to the Client for resolution.
As part of the Company’s commitment to continual improvement, quality
objectives will be introduced as deemed necessary.
This is a living document in daily use and will be up-dated at appropriate
times to reflect any changes, which may subsequently occur. The Company,
therefore, reserves the right to amend it as required.
